About Phi

Phi became a certified mindfulness teacher with the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center under the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.

He was in the world of sales for over 15 years before physically & mentally burning out. He sought stillness through silent meditation and darkness retreats to strengthen his body & mind so that he could bridge his world between sales & mindfulness.

Today he is a business & leadership coach that specializes in teaching ethical sales frameworks and strategies that individuals and teams can use to immediately grow their production.

He continues to share mindful awareness tools with organizations and people all around the world. In his spare time, he likes to paraglide, fire-spin, travel, and play on his handpan.

  • This program is designed to test your mental limits through controlled experiments that induce the sense of pain. It is experiential learning and challenges you like no other resilience training program.

  • Each individual has a different threshold for pain and how they respond to it. It’s a personal journey that is tailored to your growth and transformation, specifically to which area you want to direct your resilience towards.

  • You will have 1:1 personal training and support throughout the week if you ever run into any challenges or have any questions about the training protocol.

  • The program is designed to test and build your motivation and determination. It’s not a comfortable journey, rather it is about building a strong skill set, mindset, and execution plan to hold yourself accountable to your growth.

  • Each individual will have a baseline measurement of their pain threshold through the sadhu board. You also will have a BOLT (body oxygen level test) score to measure your Co2 tolerance. These are direct objective measurements of your growth in the program

  • It is a 12 week program, broken down into 4 x 3 week phases

  • You’ll be using ancient technology that’s been tested by time, such as sadhu boards, buteyko breathing practices, and mindfulness.
